Your responsibilities
• Clinical leadership: Deliver high‑quality pharmaceutical care with strong attention to accuracy and patient safety in a high‑volume mail‑order setting.
• Technology integration: Use our digital tools (Kroll Paperless, G Suite, Slack, our internal app, Shopify, UberDirect, PrescribeIT, and more) to ensure smooth and efficient order processing.
• Workflow optimization: Operate PACMED strip‑packaging machines for adherence patients and coordinate autonomous workflows with mobile medical teams.
• Special projects: Support B2B integrations and improvement initiatives that keep our company at the forefront of the industry.
• Exceptional communication: Engage with patients and partners with empathy and efficiency, helping set a new standard for digital care.

What you bring
• Qualifications: OCP license or eligibility in good standing.
• Technical skill: You don’t just use Kroll — you excel at it. Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, and Shopify is a plus.
• Tech curiosity: Confidence using digital platforms such as GoToConnect and UberDirect.
• Agility: Strong performance in high‑volume environments where efficiency is critical.
• Adaptability: A willingness to embrace change and enthusiasm for project‑based work and B2B collaboration.
