We are looking for a sharp, driven, and creative specialist to join our Creative Marketing Team as an Influencer Marketing Manager with a UGC focus. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, creativity, and communication, and wants to see real business impact from their work
At United Tech, you will grow your analytical, creative, and managerial skills by working on high-budget campaigns with top-tier tools like Tableau, Appsflyer, and Meta/Google ad platforms. You will collaborate closely with UA marketers, designers, product teams, and stakeholders to launch campaigns for Tier-1 markets including the US, and gain hands-on experience with cross-cultural user behavior. In this role, you will

    • Search for and select UGC creators based on specific criteria (appearance, gender, language, style, etc)
    • Communicate with creators: place orders, explain briefs, provide feedback
    • Manage the process of receiving and verifying content
    • Catalog and store content in a structured format (by category, brand, campaign)
    • Handle legal content rights: agreements, contracts, and usage rights
    • Plan and control UGC payouts, track expenses, and manage within a set monthly budget
    • Collaborate closely with the creative and UA teams to ensure relevant content production
    • Potentially participate in launching influencer campaigns (both micro and macro)
    • Build and maintain a database of creators and influencers for reuse
It’s all about you

    • 6–9 months of experience in performance marketing, preferably in mobile or web-to-app projects
    • Strong understanding of marketing KPIs (CPI, CPA, CTR, ROI) and how to achieve them
    • Experience briefing designers and managing creative production
    • Confident in market and competitor research with clear application of insights
    • Hands-on experience with ad platforms: Facebook, Google, TikTok, or Snapchat (B2B platforms like LinkedIn/Twitter don’t count)
    • Strong multitasking and time management skills: capable of handling high creative volumes under tight deadlines
    • Proactive, self-disciplined, and results-oriented
    • English level B2 or higher
    • Ownership mindset and comfort with both qualitative and quantitative KPIs
    • Would be a plus:
    • Background in User Acquisition or understanding of UA processes
    • Experience working with mobile apps or web-to-app funnels
