The Inbound Sales Agent’s responsibilities include:
- Contacting leads to set up sales appointments
- Converting sales appointments into closed deals
- Preparing sales proposals for potential customers
- Demonstrating product features
- Researching competing products
- Answering customer questions about features, benefits, pricing, and availability
- Maintaining excellent customer service
- Making sure company products are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Completing regular sales reports
