You will be heading Sales for our Complete Product Matrix, and and will play a critical role in realizing the growth ambition of GeoG in various markets. You will also be responsible for creating Sales territories, mapping Segments and channelize our Sales process.
In addition to carrying a personal sales target, the person will also be responsible for the achievement of the overall sales targets for the identified regions, leading a team of Sales Managers across the regions.
The Head of Sales primary responsibilities will include:
Formulate the sales strategy for the region, aligned with GeoG’s strengths and offerings in the IoT space. Develop, cultivate, and close deals with various developers and partner firms Identify business leads, industry and customer buying intelligence. Open up new customers and create seamless transition of clients from new sales to strategic partners. Meet and exceed personal sales targets. Lead a team of sales managers, building and inculcating a high performance and outcome focused culture.
Minimum Qualifications
10+ years of overall experience, with at least 5+ years of Software Solutions / Services Sales Experience Hands on, leading by example. Strong market connect with an understanding of the competitive landscape. Excellent network and customer connects, at CxO level. Established credentials of leading a team of Sales Managers across the region. Must be really strong in English. Must work independently in complex fast paced environment. Highly entrepreneurial and passionate, with high energy levels.
Preferred Qualifications
20+ years of overall experience, with at least 10+ years of Software Solutions / Services Sales Experience Knowledge of terminology, systems and market segmentation. Specific experience. Fluency in multiple languages preferred.
