Profit Pod is looking for a Head of Growth [Hacking] & Marketing to ideate, develop and drive the business’s growth strategies and initiatives as part of a new online software solution, which is targeted at helping small businesses to grow profitably.

Over the next 5 years we intend to have had at least 100,000 small business users globally to through the core Acceleration Module of the platform with a small business user database size of 2.5M at that point.

The ideal candidate is technically savvy, part product manager and part viral marketing guru blended into one person. The right person needs to be passionate about marketing, analytics, data and possess an unwavering commitment to the pursuit of growth mixed with a healthy dose of creativity. This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a company with an absurdly audacious vision for changing the world.

Specifically…

• Come up with creative growth initiatives and work directly with the team to plan, implement and drive said growth initiatives. • Build, test, evaluate, implement, execute, measure, pivot and repeat growth initiatives. • Be the Company’s growth engine, constantly coming up with creative and cost effective solutions to drive meaningful (and measureable) user growth. • Identify potential creative channels for user growth and aggressively develop them. • Help create industry-leading growth strategies and be hands-on, scrappy and creative to deliver the results. • Effectively analyse and report growth as part of the leadership team.

Responsible for:

• User growth strategy delivery at all levels • Social Media & Blog Content Management • Affiliate, PPC & Digital Marketing Management • Conversion Optimisation • Lead generation • A/B split testing and conducting experiments • User journey and experience. • Analytics & Statistics Management

$30,000 — $45,000/year
