Build, manage and follow-up communication to achieve brutal results with clear and actionable KPIs. At Traity we just love to measure things. Identify PR opportunities and transform them into consistent PR programs with little assistance.
Responsible for the content of all communications, consistency, voice, branding, purpose and identity. Educate on the central role of Reputation.
Work with collaboration economy organizations, startup hubs and accelerators to lead events, promotions, sponsorships and other opportunities.
About you:
Degree preferred, particularly in audiovisual communication, psychology, MBA, communications or marketing. So basically, anything 🙂
Proved experience executing communication strategies in Startups, or a similar transferable role. Just show you will be awesome.
Extensive knowledge of strategies, tactics and tools that support effective communications, including market research, segmentation, value propositions, story telling narrative theory, video production.
You define short- and long-term strategies, plans, delegate and maintain accountability.
Titanic people and relationship-building skills, a love for networking and meeting people, a highly visible and accessible management style and willingness to listen.
Ability to set the communications vision and excite people with your passion. The confidence and composure to be a public face of Traity.
