Loop is an ecommerce software company serving over 5,000 of the best brands on Shopify, like Bombas, Brooklinen, Cotopaxi, Reebok, and Ruggable. For our brands, we power critical parts of the shopping experience – like tracking, returns, editing, and logistics – ensuring customers always have confidence that packages will arrive on time, fit as expected, and be refunded or exchanged if it doesn’t work out. We pioneered the returns category and are actively expanding our product suite to support new areas of innovation: tracking, warranties, shipping protection, fraud prevention, fit analysis, and more.
The Enablement team exists to make Loop’s revenue team world-class. We sit at the intersection of product, marketing, sales, and success – translating product strategy and company priorities into training, systems, and tools that increase revenue velocity.
As GTM Enablement Manager, you will own how our teams learn, position, sell, onboard, and expand Loop’s products. You will design the playbooks and operating rhythms that turn strategy into repeatable performance. This role is highly cross-functional, partnering closely with Revenue Leadership, Product Marketing, Sales, Success, and Product. Your work will directly impact win rates, contract values, time to close, expansion, and retention.
At Loop, we’re intentional about the way we work so that we can do our best work. We call this our Blended Working Environment. We work from our HQ in Columbus, OH, or one of our Hub or Secluded locations, and are distributed throughout the United States, select Canadian provinces, and the United Kingdom. For this position, we are looking for a teammate located in the United States.
Your responsibilities:
- Become the trusted subject matter expert for GTM teams by developing a deep understanding of our products and positioning.
- Build and maintain Loop’s core GTM playbooks: discovery frameworks, competitive talk tracks, objection handling, retention motions, and expansion motions.
- Build and maintain Loop’s core GTM assets: decks, one-pagers, pricing proposals, case studies, and ROI calculators.
- Collaborate with revenue team leaders to identify performance gaps and build targeted enablement programs to address them.
- Partner with Product Marketing to translate launches into actionable enablement: training sessions, demo flows, battlecards, and rollout plans.
- Design onboarding programs that ramp new GTM hires quickly and consistently, with clear milestones and measurable outcomes.
- Instrument and report on enablement impact using metrics like ramp time, win rates, adoption, retention, expansion, and certification completion.
- Serve as a connective tissue between teams, ensuring messaging, processes, and execution stay aligned as Loop’s product suite and GTM motions evolve.
Your experience:
- Proven experience in GTM enablement, sales enablement, revenue operations, or product marketing within a B2B SaaS company.
- Proven experience implementing AI-enabled programs and content creation.
- Proven experience supporting an organization selling a multi-product portfolio in domestic & international markets.
- Multiple examples of building enablement programs that improved measurable GTM outcomes (e.g., faster ramp, higher win rates, better adoption).
- Experience partnering closely with Sales, Success, Marketing, and Product to convert product strategy into GTM execution.
- Demonstrated ability to identify performance gaps, diagnose root causes, and design structured programs to solve them.
- Comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where priorities shift as the business scales.
- BONUS: Experience in ecommerce, Shopify, or multi-product SaaS platforms.
- BONUS: Previous sales or customer success experience
Your skills:
- Excellent communicator, able to translate complex product and strategy into clear, market-ready messaging.
- Strong program and project management skills, with a proven ability to coordinate across multiple teams to hit deadlines.
- Systems thinker who builds repeatable processes instead of one-off solutions.
- Analytical mindset, comfortable using performance data and feedback loops to refine enablement programs over time.
- High standards for content quality, training experience, and field usability.
- Experience building enablement hubs or workflows in tools like Notion and Workramp.
- Experience enabling teams in Salesforce, Hubspot, and Gong.
