Cogent Analytics is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support our External Marketing team across a variety of client and internal marketing initiatives. This role provides hands-on experience in digital marketing, assisting with content creation, social media management, brand development, and campaign coordination in a fast-paced business environment.
The ideal candidate is creative, proactive, and eager to learn, while demonstrating strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills. This is internship is based in Greensboro, North Carolina with a minimum requirement of 20 hours per week.
We are looking for our Marketing Intern to begin as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the creation and execution of marketing collateral for client campaigns
- Support the management of social media accounts for external clients, including content scheduling and engagement monitoring
- Collaborate with the marketing specialist team to support ongoing marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Assist in the development of media templates and branded marketing materials
- Support client reputation management, including monitoring reviews and online brand presence
- Work closely with the content and web development teams on digital marketing initiatives
- Perform general administrative and marketing support tasks as needed
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Demonstrate interest in digital marketing, social media strategy, and brand development
- Ability to support general administrative tasks, including travel coordination, expense tracking, and event logistics
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and standard office software
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also managing tasks independently
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and located in or near Greensboro, NC
- Availability to work approximately 20 hours per week, with occasional evening or weekend availability as needed

$12 – $12 an hour
