This project involves high‑volume music content curation and quality assurance. Your role will be to evaluate material according to digital music industry guidelines and standards, with an emphasis on Classical music. The position includes managing, organizing, editing, and linking metadata to deliver an optimal user experience. You will collaborate with project managers on large Classical and non‑Classical data initiatives.

Key Qualifications
• Strong passion for enhancing the Classical music user experience and familiarity with major Classical artists, composers, and ensembles, especially within the German Classical music market and industry.
• Advanced expertise in formatting and cataloging Classical music work and movement titles.
• Broad knowledge of all Classical music genres and eras, from Gregorian Chant to contemporary compositions, including solo works and opera.
• Ability to research and clearly communicate Classical music concepts to solve problems and maintain strict quality standards.
• Native-level proficiency in German.
• High proficiency in English.
• Working knowledge of French, German, Italian, and Latin, with the ability to translate and adapt Classical terminology into German.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage a demanding workload while maintaining exceptional quality.
• Composed and confident when working under tight deadlines.
• Self-driven and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
• Focused, positive, adaptable, and results-oriented.
• Proficient with productivity tools such as spreadsheets, word processors, and databases.
• Experience in technical tasks and project management.

Preferred Experience
• Practical experience in the Classical music world, such as in the industry, media, journalism, or retail.

Experience and Education
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Music Performance or Musicology is preferred.
