Do you love pop culture, movies, television, and the fast‑changing world of streaming entertainment? We are looking for detail‑oriented Entertainment Media Content Reviewers to join our team.
In this role, you will audit contributor evaluations for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with project guidelines. Your work will help maintain quality standards and support contributor performance, ensuring model outputs resonate with fans of cinematic universes, serialized storytelling, and pop culture as a whole.
What you will do:
– Review contributor assessments of model‑generated responses to confirm they follow project rules and rubric criteria.
– Check that contributors consistently apply all instructions, constraints, and evaluation standards.
– Ensure contributors properly identify factual inaccuracies, hallucinations, or missing details and accurately judge whether responses meet user needs.
– Verify that selected rubric options match the evidence in model responses.
– Evaluate open‑text comments to ensure contributors highlight issues or opportunities not captured by rubric items.
– Provide thorough feedback on contributor performance to maintain consistent, high‑quality evaluations.

– Pay Rate: 22 USD per hour

Requirements:
Proven expertise in one or more of the following areas (degrees such as a Bachelor’s in Film and Media Studies, Journalism, or related fields are strongly preferred):
– Film and media studies
– Entertainment journalism, film criticism, or media commentary
– Content analysis related to films, television, or streaming platforms
– Entertainment blogging, reviewing, or substantial involvement in pop culture communities
– Pop culture commentary or media writing
Strong familiarity with:
– Narrative structures, character development, and continuity in cinematic universes and serialized stories
– Cultural and contextual references common in entertainment media
Proven experience in:
– AI data annotation, content quality review, search quality rating, or similar work
– Using structured evaluation criteria and offering clear, constructive feedback
– Thorough fact‑checking and detecting inaccuracies
– Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to spot subtle issues in evaluations
– Working independently and managing tasks efficiently in a remote setting
– Using data annotation platforms and model evaluation tools
Preferred Qualifications:
– Prior experience in quality audits, content review, or evaluation related to entertainment
– Strong understanding of current entertainment and pop culture trends
– Ability to interpret prompts referencing specific storylines, characters, franchises, or entertainment contexts
– Active use of major streaming platforms and solid familiarity with their film and TV catalogs
