We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Enterprise Change Manager to join our fast-paced fintech company. This pivotal role requires a hands-on leader with a proven track record in enterprise change management.. As the first hire in this domain, you will have the unique opportunity to build and shape the enterprise change management from the ground up.
Interesting problems you’ll solve
– Change Planning and Coordination: Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of enterprise-wide changes, ensuring timely and controlled implementation. Coordinate changes developed by multiple teams across various services..
– Ownership and Accountability: Take extreme ownership of the change management process, ensuring flawless execution and delivery.
– Collaboration: Foster a strong “we will as a team” mentality, working closely with our business units to ensure smooth and coordinated change implementations.
– Process Improvement: Continuously enhance change management processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
– Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure the scope, schedule, and quality of changes are not compromised.
– Validation: Ensure that appropriate approvals, functional, and security test results meet requirements for production deployment.
– Scheduling and Resource Management: Coordinate the change schedule and required resources, defect backlogs, planned changes, and infrastructure updates.
– Tracking and Issue Resolution: Monitor progress, remediate issues, and iteratively improve the change management process.
– Tool Management: Define, drive, and manage the strategic usage of change management tools.
– Audit Preparation: Present the change management process and evidence in relevant audits.
What you’ll bring to the team
– Experience: Minimum of 5 years in change management, with at least 3 years in Financial Services company.
– Strong practical experience with a hands-on approach to managing enterprise change processes. While not required to code, you should have a deep understanding of change management principles and how changes impact various components within the environment.
– Ownership: Demonstrated ability to take extreme ownership of the release process, driving accountability and results.
– Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
– BS in a STEM field. Completion of a graduate degree would be a plus.
– Current certification in ITIL, COBIT or other controls framework required.

The Pay Range for this position: $130,0000 – $170,000 USD. This range reflects our US national compensation (USN). Additional premium percentages may apply based on our tiered premium strategy.
Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
