Key Responsibilities:
Your mission will be:
Enhance & Amplify Our Employer Brand
• Develop and implement creative strategies to elevate and promote our employer brand worldwide.
• Capture and highlight real moments of life at XM, producing engaging content that reflects our story.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting our values and fostering a sense of community within the company.
Drive Engagement Through Storytelling & Content Creation
• Produce compelling social media posts, blogs, testimonials, and videos that highlight our people, culture, and successes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve our careers website so it reflects our employer value proposition.
• Manage and enhance our presence on employer review sites and social platforms to maintain a strong, positive brand image.
Lead Employer Branding Campaigns & Events
• Strengthen employer branding initiatives, including recruitment marketing, talent engagement programs, and internal advocacy.
• Oversee career fairs, industry events, employee engagement activities, and corporate branding campaigns.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Analyze & Optimize for Success
• Track employer brand performance, engagement data, and sentiment to support continuous improvement.
• Stay current with industry trends, competitor insights, and global best practices to refine our strategy.
• Discover new opportunities to enhance our global brand presence.
What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is an advantage.
• 4+ years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, talent attraction, or a related area, ideally in a large multinational company.
• Proven ability to design and evolve employer branding strategies aligned with global standards.
• Experience with employer branding tools, CMS platforms, and social media channels.
• Exceptional storytelling abilities with strong content creation and digital marketing skills.
• A creative, branding-focused mindset with a passion for engagement and talent attraction.
• Strong project management skills, with experience organizing large-scale branding initiatives across multiple regions.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies.
• A dynamic and enthusiastic brand advocate who reflects XM’s culture.
