About the Role
We are seeking a Director of Field Marketing who can translate go-to-market strategy into effective marketing programs that generate new and cross-sell pipeline, accelerate sales cycles, and boost Cority’s visibility in key markets. This energetic marketing leader will collaborate closely with sales, business development, partner teams, and global marketing. We’re looking for someone who enjoys discovering creative, impactful ways to engage buyers and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Regional Strategy and Alignment
• Help shape regional marketing strategy with sales leadership, then turn priorities into targeted programs designed to drive new and cross-sell pipeline.
• Contribute to territory planning by providing market insights and ensuring campaigns align with priority accounts and segments.
• Demand Generation and Pipeline Growth
• Lead multi-channel initiatives (events, digital, ABM, partner marketing) to build net-new pipeline and accelerate existing opportunities.
• Combine inbound and outbound tactics for maximum market impact.
• Promote a test-and-learn mindset, experimenting with new channels, messaging, and tactics to improve results.
• Account-Based Marketing
• Collaborate with sales and BDR teams on ABM strategies for top accounts.
• Develop personalized, multi-touch campaigns that engage executives and buying groups.
• Create and execute customer cross-sell strategies to identify and drive expansion opportunities.
• Sales Enablement
• Provide sales teams with tools, messaging, and resources to convert leads into opportunities.
• Share marketing plans and results regularly to maintain alignment.
• Turn strategic marketing initiatives into actionable tactics that sales can use immediately.
• Program Execution and Optimization
• Work closely with the broader marketing team to plan and execute campaigns, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and KPIs are met.
• Use data-driven insights to analyze performance and recommend enhancements that deliver measurable impact.
• Continually test new engagement approaches and stay ahead of market and competitive trends.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Coordinate with product marketing, content, and digital teams to ensure regional activities align with brand and corporate goals.
• Partner with channel teams to develop co-marketing initiatives that expand reach.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, including field marketing or demand generation in SaaS or technology.
• Strong understanding of ABM, sales alignment, multi-channel campaigns, and customer cross-sell marketing.
• High energy with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to influence across teams.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Marketo, and other engagement tools.
• Data-driven mindset with expertise in test-and-learn methods and the ability to turn results into actionable insights.
• Strategic thinker with strong execution skills, able to connect corporate goals to field-level actions.
• Highly collaborative with strong communication abilities.
