What you will be doing:
- Ensure smooth operation of production systems and development/test environments
- Help us build scalable, efficient cloud infrastructure
- Implement and improve monitoring and alerting
- Configuration and management of data sources like Postgres, Redis, etc
- Create, manage & own build automation tools & scripts
Who you are:
- Have 3+ years of experience in DevOps Engineering
- Experience working to automate, operationalize, and improve the Development/QA using CI/CD tools (Github, Jenkins, etc)
- Good understanding of Git including branching and merging strategies.
- Working experience with Software Release Management
- Familiarity with Cloud (AWS, GCP, Heroku, etc.), cloud management, and application security
- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes/Openshift would be an asset
- Experience with monitoring, application Logging, Performance Management
- Experience implementing CI/CD (e.g. Jenkins, TravisCI)
- Strong experience with databases such as Postgres, Redis
- Basic to medium (data) security awareness and practices is required
