Role Overview
We are seeking an energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our vibrant sales team. In this role, you will be essential in prequalifying leads and supporting our sales growth. If you’re eager to learn and enjoy working in a fast-paced digital environment, this position is a great fit.
How will you make an impact?
• Engage and assess leads generated by Lodgify’s marketing channels via phone, chat, or email.
• Communicate Lodgify’s value clearly, tailoring your message to each customer’s needs.
• Handle a high volume of inbound chats and calls, identify customer requirements, and position Lodgify as the ideal solution.
• Actively prospect and meet high activity targets, including making 100 calls per day.
• Interact with inbound leads through real-time web chat and phone calls.
• Collaborate with the Sales team by passing on qualified leads and helping streamline the closing process.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in HubSpot CRM.
• Contribute to initiatives that enhance sales processes and team performance.
• Share insights and strategies with the Sales team to improve outcomes and customer understanding.
What makes you a great fit?
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing position within the same company; sales experience is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in English plus strong fluency in French, Spanish, or Italian.
• Excellent communication skills with a confident, engaging phone presence.
• A genuine interest in digital solutions and the ability to convey that enthusiasm to potential customers.
• A growth mindset with the ability to learn quickly and succeed in a fast-moving digital setting.
How can you earn extra bonus points?
• Previous experience in a startup environment.
• Knowledge of HubSpot, Gmail, and Google tools.
