The Role:

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated team member to join our Business Development Representative group. As the initial point of contact for prospective customers, this person will deliver tailored, industry‑specific messaging to spark interest in our PFM (Pipe Flow Modeling) and Chemcad products while clearly communicating their added value. The ideal candidate will excel at uncovering new revenue opportunities and bring energy and discipline to the team.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the BDR team and broader sales organization—including Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Product Management—to create prospecting strategies and grow the customer base for PFM (Pipe Flow Modeling) and Chemcad
• Achieve and surpass weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics, forecasts, outbound activity targets, and quota
• Generate measurable results through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling tools such as LinkedIn
• Adjust to evolving markets
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with the assigned account executive and manager
• Engage with C‑suite executives across relevant industries
