About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager, Influencer Partnerships to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will drive the onboarding and engagement of influencers and their agencies onto XPN campaigns. The ideal candidate has a strong background in influencer marketing within the gaming industry and a proven track record of working with game developers and publishers. This role requires a strategic thinker who can build relationships, negotiate deals, and ensure successful influencer activations.
Core Responsibilities

    • Identify, engage, and onboard influencers and their agencies to participate in XPN campaigns.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with mid-tier and AAA developers/publishers to drive long-term partnerships.
    • Collaborate with game developers and publishers to understand their campaign objectives and match them with suitable influencers.
    • Negotiate partnership terms, deliverables, and incentives with influencers and agencies.
    • Provide guidance and best practices to influencers and developers for maximizing campaign success.
    • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide insights for optimization.
    • Stay up-to-date with influencer marketing trends, emerging platforms, and gaming industry developments.
    • Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing, sales, product, design, and legal, to enhance influencer onboarding processes.
    • Attend industry conferences and networking events as needed to build relationships and stay informed on market trends.
Candidate Profile

    • 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, business development, or partnerships within the gaming industry.
    • Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems, including YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, and other content platforms.
    • Proven experience working with game developers, publishers, and influencer marketing campaigns.
    • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with influencers and agencies.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing influencer performance metrics.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Passion for gaming and deep knowledge of gaming communities.
Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience using influencer marketing platforms and analytics tools (e.g., https://rainmaker.gg, CreatorIQ, Upfluence, etc.).
    • Experience with CRMs and task management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Jira, Atlas, and Confluence, etc.).
    • Previous experience working with influencer monetization programs and revenue-sharing models.
    • Familiarity with affiliate marketing strategies within gaming
