Work from Home Full-time

Responsibilities include:

• Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
• Find and contact consumer to resolve their past due accounts
• Negotiate timely debt payments
• Contact customers with overdue accounts and attempt to either collect the overdue amount or negotiate a settlement or payment plan according to client and agency guidelines
• Update account status records and collection efforts
• Report on collection activity and status

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of prior experience in 3 rd party debt collection (recovery) preferred
• High school diploma; Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree is a plus
• Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques
• Working knowledge of MS Office and databases
• Comfortable working with targets and goals
• Patience and ability to manage stress
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
• Skilled in negotiation
• Problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
