Salesforce CPQ BSA
Primary Skills
- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce
- 5+ years of experience working as a BSA on Salesforce CPQ implementations.
- Strong understanding of CPQ concepts: product rules, price rules, quote templates, approval processes.
- Experience with Agile delivery methodology.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification is a plus.
Job requirements
- Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document CPQ requirements (products, pricing, discounting, approvals, etc.).
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
- Analyze existing CPQ processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- •Work closely with solution architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery.
- •Support UAT testing by validating functionality against requirements and coordinating business sign-off.
- Conduct impact assessments for proposed changes and manage configuration dependencies.
- Create user documentation and training materials for end users as needed.
- Qualifications:
- Overall 8+ years of experience in Salesforce
- 5+ years of experience working as a BSA on Salesforce CPQ implementations.
- Strong understanding of CPQ concepts: product rules, price rules, quote templates, approval processes.
- Experience with Agile delivery methodology.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification is a plus.

Summary:
The Salesforce CPQ Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team. The BSA is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements related to product configuration, pricing, quoting, approvals, and contract lifecycle processes in Salesforce CPQ.
