What you will do and the impact you will have:
As a Customer Support Associate at Underground Cellar, you’ll spend time helping customers on the phone and over email, providing an exceptional service. You define yourself as an empathetic problem solver that can handle a fast-paced startup environment. Success in this position will require handling stress under pressure, being detail-oriented, and juggling many tasks at once.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, chat, text, and social media.
  • Exceed customer expectations by thinking one step beyond their immediate need.
  • Display a courteous and empathetic attitude to all customers.
  • Collaborate with other teams as necessary to find quick and delightful solutions.
  • Educate customers on our model and share feedback internally to help continually improve the experience.
Experience & Skill-Set:
  • 2 years of previous customer support experience
  • Experience with Zendesk, or similar software
  • Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Suite, Google Suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid work ethic and the ability to learn quickly
  • Team player and are comfortable collaborating across departments
  • Interest in the wine industry
