Your role is to make sure more and more authors use Reedsy and that they’re happy with us.We are looking for someone with a strong interest in the publishing industry, is a native-level English speaker and strives for perfection.
More precisely, here is what you will do:
- Community Management: Manage Reedy’s social network accounts (Twitter/Facebook/Google+/LinkedIn) and our presence in online author communities.
- Customer Support: help authors and freelancers use Reedsy.
- Help curate the marketplace: make selections of the best freelancers who apply to be on Reedsy.
- Promote and represent Reedsy during publishing events and conferences.
- Structure the Author’s Knowledge Center and develop its content.
Here’s how you can stand out:
