As our Chief Marketing Officer, you will be the voice and heartbeat of our brand, focused on building a strong, engaged community and hosting voice-only AMA sessions. You’ll play a critical role in enhancing our presence, listening to the community, and leading transparent, impactful conversations with current and potential supporters.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Organize and host regular voice-only AMA sessions on platforms like Twitter Spaces, Discord, or Telegram
Actively engage with the community, respond to questions, and collect feedback
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the community is aligned with product updates and marketing campaigns
Design and execute strategies to grow and retain an active community across all platforms
Build meaningful relationships with influencers, partners, and key stakeholders
Monitor and report community sentiment and trends to inform leadership and product direction
Maintain a consistent brand voice and presence in all external interactions
🧠 Requirements:
Proven experience in community management, marketing, or public relations
Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills
Comfortable speaking in live voice sessions with large audiences
High EQ and IQ – ability to empathize with the community and think strategically
Inspirational leadership and the ability to rally people around a vision
Detail-oriented, highly motivated, and serious about long-term impact
Experience in the Web3, tech, or digital product space is a strong plus
