Role overview
We’re looking for a data‑focused CRO Specialist to lead the end‑to‑end Visitor‑to‑Customer Conversion Rate strategy. In this role, you’ll act as the link between Marketing, Activation, and major stakeholders, fueling growth through evidence‑based decision‑making. You won’t just point out issues—you’ll manage the full improvement cycle, from locating friction points to validating concepts and guiding execution.

How you will make an impact
• Own and oversee the entire CRO strategy and testing roadmap.
• Apply a growth mindset to uncover new opportunities for personalization and funnel optimization.
• Work closely with Product Managers and Marketing to implement winning test variants and lasting site enhancements.
• Lead the discovery phase by turning data and qualitative research into clear, evidence‑supported initiatives, creating detailed hypotheses and wireframes for design and development.
• Manage two roadmaps: keep the execution track moving while continually feeding the discovery/validation track with new hypotheses.
• Launch and evaluate A/B, multivariate, and split tests to confirm ideas and improve core metrics.
• Analyze user behavior using quantitative tools (GA4, etc.) and qualitative sources (heatmaps, session recordings, surveys) to identify friction.
• Use data to inspire execution teams and stakeholders to prioritize impactful initiatives.

What makes you a great fit
• At least 4 years of proven CRO experience with a strong history of improving conversion rates.
• Hands‑on experience with A/B testing platforms such as Growthbook, Amplitude, VWO, Optimizely, Convert, or similar.
• Knowledge of GA4 and data visualization tools.
• Experience with user‑behavior tools like Hotjar, Crazy Egg, or Microsoft Clarity.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI best practices and mobile responsiveness.
• Ability to create a testing roadmap from scratch using data insights and business objectives.
• Solid grasp of statistical significance and data accuracy.
• Experience managing and prioritizing complex discovery and delivery roadmaps.
• Capability to build business cases and present evidence to leadership to gain support.
