About the role
As we continue to grow and transform, our Sales Operations team is now looking to bring onboard a CRM Business Analyst. This role will primarily work with Salesforce across the Northern European region to drive CRM development, alignment and best practice. This position will be responsible for analyzing, challenging and supporting the business requirements, as well as overseeing implementations from a commercial and system perspective. In this role you will do analysis of the CRM usage, and continuously work on ways to improve to drive simplicity and system hygiene. The postholder will support various functions that has a CRM dependency with the business requirements but then also for sales specifically act as a process manager around the development. This position will work across the Northern European region, however will coordinate closely with other regions to make sure we are aligned in policy and best practice across D&B.
Key responsibilities

    • Be responsible for the planning and prioritization of business requirements being developed in Northern Europe
    • Develop and maintain a best practice strategy in how to work within the CRM
    • Hold together regional structure in the CRMs to make sure we follow business policies and framework
    • Identify technical gaps as well as process gaps in order to proactively find improved solutions
    • Collaborate closely with other Sales Operations colleagues and different functions
    • Act as the regional lead for CRM maintenance and structure
About you

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems or a related field
    • Experience of working as a business analyst having processes awareness and ability to connect the dots
    • Good understanding of CRM systems and the internal policies and processes in order to find synergies and the best solution supporting business to grow
    • Proactive, detail-minded, analytical, stable and independent
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite skills and preferably also JIRA
    • Be a problem solver, curious and be inspired to take action. This role requires an ownership mindset and someone who will seek ways to collaborate and connect with people and teams in support of driving success
    • Professional fluency in English is essential for this role, a Nordic language is helpful but not a must!

New Office Location
Our office is currently located in Solna, however we are very excited to be moving to a beautiful new location in central Stockholm at the end of 2025. Our future address will be Fleminggatan 14 in Kungsholmen, just a short walk from Stockholm Central Station.
