Creative Performance Analyst – Cyprus, Greece or Remote
The Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail oriented Creative Performance Analyst to join our team. As a Creative Performance Analyst, you will drive data-informed decisions that enhance our creative campaigns, monitoring the online performance of our creative efforts, analyze performance metrics, optimize content, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative ad strategies.
The main responsibilities of the position include:

    • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of creative campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g. YouTube, TikTok, Meta).
    • Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics, ensuring continuous performance evaluation.
    • Conduct A/B testing and provide actionable insights to marketing and creative teams to optimize creatives and improve campaign performance.
    • Use data analytics tools and market research to identify trends, patterns, and audience behaviors to refine digital strategies and maximize ROI.
    • Work closely with designers, copywriters, and video producers to create high-impact, data-informed ad content.
    • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging platforms to ensure cutting-edge campaign execution
Main requirements:

    • BSc/MSc in Mathematics, Statistics, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
    • At least 3 years in a similar role with a focus in digital marketing analytics, creative performance analysis and advertising platforms (e.g. Youtube, Tiktok, Meta, etc)
    • Proven experience within the financial services or gaming industry will be considered an advantage.
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, Tableau, Looker Studio.
    • Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and performance tracking and other optimization techniques.
    • Experience with project management tools like Jira and Microsoft suite.
    • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Very good knowledge of English
