Role Overview
As a Corporate Security Guard at CleanSpark, you will help ensure the safety and security of our corporate office, assets, and remote monitoring systems. You will follow strict security procedures and safeguard our staff and sensitive information. We are seeking proactive individuals committed to maintaining a secure and productive environment for our corporate team and remote operations.

Duties and Responsibilities
– Access Control: Monitor and manage entry to the CleanSpark corporate office to ensure only authorized personnel and visitors gain access.
– Surveillance: Use advanced surveillance tools to monitor and assess on-site and remote activity, promptly reporting any irregularities or suspicious behavior.
– Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of surveillance results and security incidents.
– Patrol and Inspections: Conduct routine patrols and structured inspections of corporate facilities and remote monitoring infrastructure to identify and address potential security threats.
– Risk Mitigation: Proactively address vulnerabilities using preventive measures and risk-reduction strategies.
– Emergency Response: Respond quickly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, or security incidents; coordinate with emergency services as needed and follow established procedures.
– Customer Service: Provide professional, courteous support to employees, visitors, and contractors, offering assistance when required; help maintain a safe and welcoming workplace.
– Report Writing: Maintain detailed logs of security activities, prepare thorough reports, and submit them promptly to the appropriate stakeholders.
– Collaboration: Work closely with other security staff and relevant departments to support a complete security program; communicate clearly with teammates and leadership to address concerns and implement proactive improvements.
– Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
– 2 years of law enforcement or military experience
– High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in security or related fields is a plus
– Proven experience as a security guard or in a related role
– Strong observation skills and attention to detail
– Ability to remain calm and effective during emergencies
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting
– Physical ability to stand, walk, run, and perform security duties for extended periods

Additional Requirements
– Valid state driver’s license
– Honorable discharge from military service preferred
– First Aid and CPR certification is a plus
– Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
– Ability to pass a nationwide background check
