The firm has a financial backer and is currently in the process of attracting additional funding to accelerate growth.

Characteristics and skills: Ability to thrive in a start-up environment. Ability to bring structure and sound business processes to a young and growing firm. Driven, self-motivated and self-managed. Financial proficiency, experience in management reporting. Project management skills.

Responsibilities: Partnering with and supporting the founder. Managing customer service representatives. Managing suppliers. Management reporting and business planning. Project managing new products and new sales initiatives.
