Are you interested in becoming part of a cutting‑edge logistics technology company?
Loadsmart is a fast‑growing tech organization valued at more than $1 billion—a true unicorn. Our team is made up of industry experts and user-focused engineers who use innovative technology to boldly redefine the future of freight, helping shippers, brokers, warehouses, and carriers do more with less.
With our headquarters in Chicago and a fully remote, globally distributed team, Loadsmart continues to draw top professionals who are passionate about making a meaningful impact. We look for individuals who reflect our core values: curiosity, clarity, results, commitment, and teamwork.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Content Marketing Specialist. This role is ideal for someone research-driven, analytical, highly organized, and passionate about content marketing.
As a Content Marketing Specialist at Loadsmart, you will manage the creation of high-quality, SEO-optimized content designed to drive organic traffic, generate leads, and strengthen Loadsmart’s position as a thought leader in logistics and supply chain technology. You will collaborate closely with the Content Marketing Manager to execute the content strategy and oversee the production of 20–25 articles per month across key content pillars such as TMS, freight management, supply chain operations, and logistics technology.
In this role, you will be a hands-on content operations expert—overseeing freelance writers, performing keyword research, developing detailed content briefs, editing content, and ensuring all materials are fully optimized for search. You’ll break down complex logistics concepts into clear briefs for writers and refine their work to meet Loadsmart’s quality and SEO expectations.
