Content Marketing Specialist – Manila

Position Overview:
Seeking a dynamic and proactive Content Marketing Specialist to enhance our marketing efforts. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. We are looking for someone with engaging written English, design skills, and the ability to work with developers to produce high-quality assets across any format (e.g. for social, for the site, for sales assets). The successful candidate will build, execute, report on, and learn from marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Production
– Build high-quality, well-presented assets for a range of formats
– Take messages and turn them into engaging copy
– Work quickly with devs and designers to put assets live
– Produce entertaining and educational content across all of our channels including website, blog, email, case studies, social media, video, events, podcast and webinars.
Campaign Management
– Execute and manage marketing campaigns, primarily within HubSpot.
– Optimize campaign workflows and ensure timely execution.
– Repurpose and optimise content within the funnel to achieve acquisition and revenue goals.
Marketing reporting & support
– Monitor content performance and trends to ensure Respondent is part of the conversation.
– Pitch in to offer support to other marketing efforts
Skills & Qualifications
– Portfolio of high-quality work that shows a confident approach
– Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
– Ability to take initiative and manage open-ended tasks independently.
– Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
– Quickly develop an understanding of the context of your work, and understand what a good result looks like
– Proficient in, or able to quickly learn, marketing platforms
– Can give examples of how AI has changed how they work
Preferred Experience:
– Background in startups or dynamic work environments.
– Exposure to the research industry is a plus.
– Experience managing various marketing tasks while maintaining high-quality output.

– Independent execution of tasks to a high standard
– Effective collaboration to meet marketing objectives
– Growth of engagement metrics, e.g. social impressions
