We’re seeking a creative and organized YouTube Producer/Content Creator to help shape and execute content that builds trust, drives leads, and grows personal brands.

What You’ll Do:

Develop a content strategy and roadmap for the client’s YouTube channel (English-speaking market)

Write detailed briefs and anchor scripts for long-form videos (8-15 minutes)

Coordinate with editors, thumbnail designers, and the SEO team

Analyze performance and adjust content plans as needed

Communicate effectively with the client in English

Deliverables:

4 long-form videos per month (8-15 minutes)

4–8 short-form videos (optional, if you’re comfortable working across formats)

Collaborate with our editor, strategist, and client manager

What We Expect:

Some experience with YouTube production (small channels or personal projects are fine)

A strong understanding of storytelling and audience engagement

Proactive, consistent, and deadline-driven
