Junior Community Specialist – Product Team – Cyprus, Greece or Remote

The Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Junior Community Specialist to support the growth and engagement of XM’s online community. In this role, you will help foster meaningful connections with our users and contribute to engagement strategies. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about community building and digital engagement.

Main responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing community engagement initiatives to increase user participation, brand loyalty and drive growth in XM’s community.
• Generate reports to analyse community engagement and brand responsiveness metrics to track the success of XM’s community engagement campaigns.
• Build, grow and manage our online community by engaging with users.
• Respond to clients’ inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Support the planning and facilitation of online events, such as live sessions.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and new social media platforms to enhance community engagement strategies.

Main requirements:

• University degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Around 2 years of experience in a similar role. Experience in the online trading industry will be considered an advantage.
• Exposure with social media platforms (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Youtube, Medium and Telegram).
• Good analytical skills
• Creative thinker with a passion for community building.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a must.
