Noon Pacific is looking to hire a Community Marketer to build upon the organic growth and community our listeners have already created. The Marketer will identify and execute targeted growth tactics to create infrastructure for the Noon Pacific ambassador program. The role will include recruitment, management, guerilla marketing, and strategy development on how to expand the Noon Pacific brand by word-of-mouth at scale. This is a great starting position for someone who loves music and wants to help out a fast-growing brand.

• Understand Noon Pacific’s community of listeners and interact with them through multiple channels. (Social media, website, email newsletter, etc) • Explode Noon Pacific’s growth among the professional and collegiate community • Promote and create strategies to find new subscribers each week • Help create brand around the Noon Pacific lifestyle • Promote Noon Pacific through social media and marketing channels

Requirements: · Working on bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or similar · Lover of music · Ability to influence other people · Social media marketing experience, especially Facebook/Twitter/Instagram
