The role – Commercial Paralegal:
Fanatics Commerce (International) is seeking a skilled new team member for the growing Commerce Legal team based at our UK headquarters. You will be a trusted partner, working closely with the VP of Legal Affairs, other attorneys, and senior leaders within the International Commerce division.

This role is hands-on, fast-paced, varied, and focused on achieving results, providing support across a wide range of daily business and operational matters.

Responsibilities and duties:
• Support lawyers across multiple locations
• Review and prepare documents, including NDAs, certificates, termination letters, contract amendments, and standard terms and conditions
• Manage enquiries and oversee international mailboxes
• Prepare contract summaries
• Conduct legal research
• Maintain and update templates
• Provide administrative assistance

Knowledge & Experience:
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proactive and self-motivated
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to support in-house counsel across various office locations
• Capable of managing multiple matters while prioritizing business needs
• Able to maintain strict confidentiality
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office
• 5+ years of paralegal experience in an in-house legal department or major law firm
• Relevant qualifications preferred
