We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Cultural Curator for Colombia to join Spotify’s Editorial Team in Bogotá. In this position, you will be part of the Music team in Colombia and the broader Latin America region.
You will collaborate closely with our Marketing and PR teams to develop and elevate the most culturally relevant music stories in Colombia and across the Latin music landscape.
You will use your expertise to support a wide range of music-related initiatives, including music storytelling, playlist curation, and cross-functional projects with teams in the country, the region, and beyond. You will provide deep cultural and musical insights to create highly engaging music narratives and listener experiences, and you will help drive artist discovery through a broad editorial ecosystem of playlists and tools. You will maintain an authentic editorial voice while demonstrating strong teamwork, a passion for data, and an attentive ear to Colombia’s and the Andean region’s music communities, especially regarding fan culture, trends, and viral moments.
As a music editor, you will be encouraged to make informed decisions using data. Above all, your work will influence how the world experiences music.

• Partner with product teams to infuse human music expertise and cultural insight into product development.
Who You Are
• You have at least 3 years of experience in music storytelling, either in digital media or the music industry, where engaging digital audiences with music content, artists, and creators has been a key part of your work.

• You are comfortable working with data, analyzing it, and using it to set goals.
• You are detail-oriented, organized, hard-working, and maintain a warm, friendly attitude.
• You have strong familiarity with Spotify as a user and fan.
• You understand digital platforms and the need for constant iteration and evolution.
• You can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• You are a great teammate, adaptable to change, and consistently positive.
