As the exclusive representatives of X in South Korea, Aleph is creating a world-class team of media professionals, and seeking an experienced Client Partner – X to develop our business with mid-market advertisers and their agencies locally. This position is located in our office in Seoul, South Korea and will require some local travelling to client and agency locations. The Client Solutions Manager – X will report to the Business Head – X.
Objectives and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and address technical or operational challenges, providing structured and strategic solutions.
Manage complex tasks involving multiple stakeholders and tools, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely execution.
Communicate clearly with internal teams and external partners to deliver a seamless experience for advertisers.
Serve as a subject matter expert on X’s products, understanding their setup, management, and troubleshooting methods.
Lead training sessions for advertisers and agencies on operational processes, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and maximizing revenue potential.
Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously adapting to the evolving social media landscape and X’s product innovations.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of experience in digital media sales, working with small and mid-market advertisers and advertising agencies.
Established relationships with marketing decision makers at companies and agencies.
A track record demonstrating an ability to develop and grow a book of business.
Deep understanding of X and the social media landscape, and opportunities for marketers.
A passion for X and our mission.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, attention to detail, and a bias for proactively resolving issues.
Aptitude, creativity, and a preference for working in small, collaborative teams with minimal supervision.
Must have strong understanding of digital marketplace and understanding of the competitive landscape in which we operate.
Must be able to communicate with stakeholder teams in English. Written English is required, while spoken English is preferred.
