We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partner Manager to join our brand-new team!
We are looking for an entrepreneurial and dedicated professional to launch our local Google team in the Egyptian market.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the digital and performance marketing landscape in Egypt and be able to understand the needs of local agencies, brands, and marketers to deliver measurable results against
ambitious sales targets.
You will be joining the Google Sales team at Mediam Group (Aleph’s dedicated Google Ads
sales representative) as the first hire and will play a pivotal role in building this business unit.
This new role is likely to develop significantly, so you will have the opportunity to make an impact
and shape the role’s scope through working with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
● Strategy
○ Develop Strategy, tactics, and sales plan for the Google partnership in Egypt
○ Create an innovative strategy to evangelize and grow the market through a high
talented, Google Certified, and professional sales team
● Education
○ Build and educate clients and agencies education programs in various locations
○ Work closely with cross-functional project teams to maintain continuous product knowledge
○ Build a strong educational roadmap for Egyptian agencies, brands, and startups through ecosystem partnerships and several educational initiatives in collaboration with Aleph’s education teams.
● Partnership
○ Manage and achieve growth goals and sales KPIs
○ Manage day-to-day operations within the Sales and Clients servicing teams to efficiently resolve client issues, support the implementation of solutions that prevent future problems
● Sales Rigor
○ Responsible for the day-to-day administration and long-term financial health of the business unit
○ Manage sales routine daily
○ Identify and report on business opportunities and strategic alliances in target markets
○ Build and manage a healthy and ambitious pipeline for the assigned book of business of Google Ads in Egypt.
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
    • Experience with sales and commercial leadership.
    • Experience in digital, media, product, and/or a similar industry.
    • Fluency in English is a must
    • Business proficiency in any other European language is a plus
    • Have 10+ years’ experience in B2B sales or marketing, with a proven track record of
    • success in sales or business development
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing
    • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity and autonomy
    • Have previous experience implementing successful pipeline and sales strategies
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
    • Salesforce CRM is a plus
    • Leadership experiences
