Chinese Speaking Community Specialist – Cyprus, Greece or Remote
The Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Chinese Speaking Community Specialist to build, grow, and manage our online communities while promoting engagement among our users. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Chinese and English, along with a proven track record of managing online communities, developing and executing community engagement strategies, and interacting with customers
The main responsibilities of the position include:

    • Build, grow, and manage our online communities by engaging with users across various social media platforms, including Skype, Line, Telegram, and others, while driving conversations relevant to our brand.
    • Develop and implement community engagement strategies to increase user participation, foster brand loyalty, and drive community growth.
    • Monitor social media conversations and listening channels to gather insights about our community and provide feedback to enhance our products and services.
    • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
    • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute community engagement campaigns, promotions, and events.
    • Analyze community engagement metrics and generate reports to track campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
    • Identify and engage with brand advocates to amplify our brand’s reach, promote our products and services, and increase community engagement.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and new social media platforms to develop innovative community engagement strategies.
Main requirements:

    • BSc/MSc in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Community Manager or a related role.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in Chinese & English, with the ability to engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Line, Telegram and others.
    • Experience with social listening tools, such as Sprinklr, Brandwatch or others.
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to generate reports to track the success of community engagement campaigns.
    • Creative thinker with a passion for community building.
    • Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
