Position Summary: Repy is seeking a CMO to join the Company to participate in all matters related to sales and marketing. The CMO will report to the CEO. CMO will work with management to execute the Company’s sales and marketing plan by way of directly prospecting clients, closing on sales leads and implementing online and offline marketing activities
Primary Responsibilities and Duties: • Build and manage a marketing team (Sales, BD, SEO/SEM, offline marketing, PR, social media) and oversee the marketing budget • Engage in business development activities with potential partners, including real estate owners, third party leasing and collection agencies, property managers, etc. Generate user registration and prospect large clients, following through to close. • Refine and implement the marketing and sales strategy with specific focus on driving membership growth, brand awareness, and marketing usage • Design and implement integrated online and offline marketing strategies and campaigns • Work with development and product teams to integrate marketing needs into the Repy website • Compile, interpret, and report key metrics tied to specific marketing campaigns • Serve a key role to shape general corporate strategy • Understand and evaluate competitive position with respect to new entrants in the space • Reports directly to CEO, will be presenting directly to the Board of Directors and Advisors
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: • 3+ years experience in consumer marketing and strategic development at a leading company • Entrepreneurial experience at a similar stage company preferred • Experience executing and managing multi-pronged marketing campaigns including: online marketing, product marketing, brand management, public relations, direct marketing, and business development • Experience executing and managing social media marketing • Experience overseeing market research and product development
