As Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll build and implement digital marketing strategies that keep our sales and manufacturing network teams fed with qualified leads. You’ll use a mix of technical, creative, and analytical skills to launch thoughtful and effective strategies that grow our marketplace.
What you’ll do
  • Manage the day-to-day operation and optimization of our demand generation strategies across channels: SEO, email, pay-per-click, paid social, ads, etc
  • Oversee and implement B2B marketing automation tools
  • Leverage tools to make driven decisions about strategies and continually evaluate key acquisition metrics
  • Ensure the right content reaches the right part of the sales funnel at the right time
  • Collaborate with content team and other stakeholders to develop compelling marketing strategies that illuminates Lumi’s value proposition to both sides of our marketplace
  • Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and manufacturing to develop product messaging and positioning that blends our marketplace initiatives with industry trends to launch new features
  • Craft and deliver strategic plans and business cases to get buy-in, secure budgets, and report end results
About you
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business, or relative experience
  • Expert in B2B (business to business) marketing
  • SaaS, software, marketplace, or high tech industry experience strongly desired
  • Experience in running digital and social media ad campaigns
  • Analytical abilities necessary to collect key business and user insights, and apply their strategic planning skills to create a long-term vision for the content that’s generated
  • Firm understanding of user experience and strong search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) skills are preferred
