About the Role

We are looking for a skilled business development specialist to help expand our global presence by identifying and exploring new and untapped business opportunities and partnerships. The ideal candidate will confidently take initiative, lead efforts, and collaborate with key stakeholders. Since we operate in the blockchain space, a general understanding of blockchain technology is important. As a third‑year startup, we offer the chance to join at an early stage and truly shape the company’s future.

Responsibilities

– Identify and reach out to potential clients using both inbound leads and outbound prospecting when needed
– Maintain accurate outreach records in the CRM system, ensuring all contact details and notes are current
– Coordinate with internal team members to ensure the right people are involved in client discussions
– Prepare colleagues for external meetings by sharing relevant relationship history, company updates, and profiles when required
– Monitor and report individual progress toward monthly and quarterly targets for initial meetings and pipeline generation
– Participate in networking events to research and connect with potential clients
