We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of HR Business Partnering to support our Global Sales and Marketing organizations. This leader will serve as a trusted advisor, driving people strategies that align with business goals. The role involves shaping organizational design, talent development, and culture transformation while fostering an inclusive and high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Partnership

    • Act as a strategic advisor to Sales and Marketing senior leadership.
    • Collaborate on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
    • Influence business decisions with data-driven insights and HR best practices.
Talent Management & Development

    • Lead talent review and performance management processes.
    • Drive career development initiatives and leadership coaching.
    • Champion employee engagement and retention strategies.
Organizational Development & Culture

    • Shape culture initiatives aligned with company values and business goals.
    • Lead change management efforts during business transformations.
    • Partner with DEI leaders to drive inclusive hiring and talent practices.
HR Operations & Compliance

    • Ensure compliance with global labor laws and company policies.
    • Collaborate with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development on key programs.
    • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues with discretion and fairness.
Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
    • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including global HRBP leadership.
    • Expertise in partnering with Sales and Marketing functions.
    • Proven track record of driving talent and culture strategies in a high-growth, global environment.
    • Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a data-driven mindset.
    • Ability to influence and build credibility with executive leaders.
    • Exceptional communication, coaching, and facilitation skills.

$135,000 – $175,000 a year
