Seeking a Merchant Business Development Representative.

The Merchant BDR will be individually responsible for all outbound lead prospecting, generating qualified leads for our Sales Group. Generating leads through a variety of paths (email, LinkedIn, cold calling, social media, search engine research, etc.), this role is extremely critical to the success of Kard. In addition, there are great growth opportunities for successful candidates. Kard is growing quickly and this is an opportunity to be a major part of our solution!
You’ll be responsible for:
· Cultivating and maintaining a robust pipeline ofleads from leading US retailers
· Brainstorming new creative ideas for leaddevelopment, including researching and anticipating potential client needs
· Maintaining a schedule/task tracker and stayingextremely organized and goal oriented
· Achieving monthly new qualified lead quotas
You’ll have:
· Prior experience not required but strong desire to succeed and interest in Sales is a must
· Strong organizational skills
· Strong creative and problem-solving skills
· Confidence and outgoing people skills (strong communicator, both written and verbal) as well as relationship building skills

· Experience in start-up environment
