Brand Growth and Performance Department
The Brand Growth & Performance department brings together passionate creatives, storytellers, and digital product experts dedicated to building and maintaining our media publishing brands. From producing high-quality editorial content to running top-tier YouTube channels covering breaking tech news, original research, and in-depth analysis, this team thrives on making an impact. They are committed to delivering valuable, high-quality information to a global audience, ensuring every piece of content informs, engages, and inspires.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

    • Proactively track and respond to brand mentions across social media, forums, and other digital platforms
    • Moderate comments on our social media platforms, overlooking our community guidelines and adherence to them
    • Develop and implement community engagement strategies to increase brand visibility and loyalty
    • Actively participate in discussions, answer queries, and foster a positive brand image across platforms like Reddit, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube & other social media platforms, shaping positive online perception of the brand
    • Develop keywords, lists & strategies to track community engagement with content
    • Collaborate with other teams to align community strategies with broader marketing goals
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform changes to adapt and optimize strategies
WHAT WE EXPECT

    • Proven experience in managing online communities across multiple platforms
    • Deep understanding of community engagement best practices, with a focus on building and nurturing strong relationships
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences and driving meaningful conversations
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data tools (social media management platforms, YouTube Analytics) to measure success and refine strategies
    • Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

GROSS SALARY

    • 2200 – 2500 EUR/month Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences
