Bengali‑Speaking Regional Marketing Executive
The Role:

Key responsibilities include:
• Develop and shape marketing strategies tailored to regional needs in partnership with the business development team, ensuring alignment with overall company goals
• Build and oversee the local marketing team, offering guidance and support for effective strategy execution
• Lead all social and marketing initiatives from strategy to content creation, publishing, and performance optimization
• Manage community engagement and influencer partnerships in cooperation with cross-functional teams
• Create and execute demand generation, lead-generation, and brand awareness plans, including strategic campaign rollouts
• Measure campaign performance using predefined KPIs and adjust strategies as needed
• Support Business Development with market research in regions requiring detailed analysis during market-entry stages, considering cultural and ethical factors
• Provide assistance with marketing events and exhibitions, ensuring a strong and consistent brand presence
• Work closely with the headquarters’ CMO to plan annual marketing strategies that align regional efforts with global objectives
• Oversee ongoing marketing activities and support both the marketing team and other regional teams as required
• Stay informed about both local and global marketing trends
• Ensure all marketing efforts follow corporate brand guidelines and maintain brand integrity across all regions
Main requirements:
• University degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Native Bengali speaker with fluency in English
• Solid understanding of the Bangladeshi market
• Experience in the financial services sector is a strong advantage
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts, tools, and platforms (including Google Analytics)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Critical thinking and proactive decision-making skills
• Highly organized and able to multitask
