Job Description

• CTC: 4-6 LPA (role-based)
• Work Mode: 100% Remote (WFH)

Eligibility

• Graduate (not currently pursuing studies)
• Laptop + reliable high-speed internet/Wi-Fi
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Sales-driven and ready to work

Role Overview

• Call company-provided leads
• Book counselling sessions for online UG/PG programs
• Guide students to the right course and university
• Convert enrolments

OJT (1 Month)

• Minimum 2 sales required to qualify
• Stipend: 15,000 for the OJT month
• Incentive: 2,500 per sale during OJT

Post-OJT Outcomes

• 2 sales: Join as BDA CTC 4 LPA
• 4+ sales: Join as Sr. BDA CTC 5 LPA
• 6+ sales: Join as BDM CTC 6 LPA
