The Apartment Search Concierge is the center of the Quo experience. Apartment Search Concierges interact directly with Quo Members, learning about their lifestyle, routine and hobbies in order to suggest the best apartments for them. Concierges provide a premium experience to members, utilizing the medium(s) of communication preferred by each individual (phone, email, text). In-depth knowledge of their city and its neighborhoods is critical to being able to effectively serve as a Concierge. Whether it be knowing specific rental trends, details on popular bars and restaurants and how the city’s traffic and public transportation works. As one of our first Concierges you will work directly with the founders and be able to impact the structure and tools used to create a more efficient and effective Concierge Team. San Francisco resident, able to attend local events and occasionally view buildings for knowledge gathering. In-depth understanding of SF’s neighborhoods, apartment buildings, social scenes, and events. A passion for helping people find great places to live. An indomitable web savvy. A current or former apartment renter, ideally having rented for more than 3 years. Strong proficiency in written and spoken English – writing style should be fun and embody the Quo voice.
