We are committed to supporting your career. Volt is currently hiring a Part-Time Sales Operations Analyst in Atlanta, GA (90% remote). In this role, you will assist with the daily execution of sales policy processes, including MAP (Minimum Advertised Price), by keeping records accurate, monitoring compliance, and helping with reporting and data visualization. You will collaborate closely with teams across Sales, Sales Operations, Brand, Legal, Revenue Growth Management, and Market Development & Planning to ensure MAP pricing accuracy, policy compliance, and smooth operations. This position requires occasional onsite work at the client’s Atlanta office one day per week.

This is a remote, 20‑hours‑per‑week role (Monday–Friday), with flexible scheduling between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. EST.

Key responsibilities include:
• Monitoring compliance: reviewing daily data from internal systems to identify issues requiring action, such as stop‑ship orders or removal of unauthorized listings.
• Working with cross‑functional teams: helping educate internal partners on MAP policies and ensuring alignment with legal and compliance standards.
• Managing inboxes: overseeing three MAP email inboxes and responding promptly and accurately to questions and enforcement communications.
• Maintaining systems: updating pricing information in compliance software and managing the approved vendor list.
• Reporting and data management: completing ad‑hoc reporting tasks and handling related data to support compliance and decision‑making.

No MAP experience is required, though general pricing experience is helpful. This is a part‑time W2 contract position. Candidates with backgrounds in Sales Operations, Compliance, or reporting/dashboard tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel are preferred.

Pay rate: $40–$45 per hour on W2. The final offer will depend on factors such as education, experience, location, responsibilities, and certifications.
