The Amazon Marketing Operations Analyst plays a critical role in supporting promotional execution, optimization, and operational accuracy across multiple eCommerce channels. This role partners cross-functionally with Channel Managers, Software & Technology teams, and other internal stakeholders to ensure marketing initiatives are executed flawlessly and drive measurable business results.
This is an ideal role for someone who is highly detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive—someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and is motivated by contributing directly to channel growth and operational excellence.
How you will achieve success:

    • Support the execution and optimization of promotional and marketing initiatives across Amazon and other eCommerce platforms
    • Ensure accuracy and timely implementation of promotions, deals, and campaigns
    • Partner closely with Channel Managers to support marketing strategy execution
    • Collaborate with Software & Technology teams to resolve system or data-related issues impacting campaigns
    • Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization and operational improvements
    • Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies related to promotions, pricing, or campaign execution
    • Maintain documentation and operational best practices to support scalable growth

This is a remote position and requires candidates to have an available work-from-home setup
Desktop/Laptop system requirements:
– 4th generation or higher, at least Intel i3 or equivalent processor;
– at least 4GB RAM;
– Windows 10 and above or MAC OSX operating system
– You are required to provide your own dual monitors
A strong and stable internet connection (A DSL, cable or fiber wired internet service with 10 Mbps plan or higher for primary connection)
PC Headset
A high-definition (HD) external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution.
