e-TeleQuote Insurance is seeking a relationship building, execution-oriented Affiliate Recruitment and Relationship Specialist
The Affiliate Recruitment and Relationship Specialist is an energetic, sales-minded individual who enjoys making connections, negotiating, and fostering long-term relationships. Our lead-generation program requires active affiliate recruitment to find the right traffic-driving partners as well as relationship management to continually engage, motivate, and negotiate with partners to meet lead volume while maintaining a desired cost basis.
Responsibilities
- Independently prospect and recruit new affiliate partners
- Actively engage affiliate partners, providing motivation, coaching, and optimization
- Analyze partner performance and provide strategic insights
- Travel to trade shows and partner visits, as needed
- Work cooperatively and consistently with internal teams to employ best practices and ensure positive outcomes
- Monitor daily performance while keeping an eye on the big picture
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
Required Skills
- Experience in CPA/lead generation affiliate marketing required
- 2-5 years of sales experience required
- Demonstrated effective communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills
- High School Diploma required; college preferred
