Restaurant365 is a SaaS company transforming the restaurant industry. Our cloud-based platform delivers a unified solution for restaurant accounting and back-office operations. Our culture centers on empowering team members to achieve exceptional results while growing their skills. We continually evolve to remain “Best in Class,” and we want the same for you.
The Salesforce Administrator configures, secures, and supports Restaurant365’s Salesforce environment to enhance productivity and data quality across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and RevOps. This role manages daily administration, user access, platform security, and ongoing maintenance, with proven experience supporting Salesforce CPQ. The administrator works closely with Salesforce users and stakeholders to collaborate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues aligned with team priorities.
How you’ll contribute:
• Manage incoming support requests, including ticket handling, root-cause analysis, communication, quick resolutions, appropriate escalation, and documentation.
• Support Salesforce CPQ through product and catalog updates, pricing rules, discount logic, quote templates, approvals, troubleshooting, and coordination with senior team members for complex work.
• Oversee core platform setup and governance, including org health checks, release preparedness, Sandbox management, and daily tasks that ensure smooth operations.
• Own user and access management, including provisioning, deprovisioning, roles, profiles, permission sets, public groups, OWD, and sharing rules while maintaining least-privilege standards.
• Build and maintain declarative configurations such as fields, objects, page layouts, record types, Lightning apps, dynamic visibility, flows, validation rules, assignment rules, and approval processes.
• Improve data quality through deduplication, imports and updates, data validation and governance, backup and restore coordination, and health dashboards.
• Maintain security and compliance by applying platform security best practices, monitoring login and session policies, and working with IT and Security teams.
• Participate in Agile processes, contributing to refinement, planning, standups, and reviews; provide accurate estimates, identify risks, and meet acceptance criteria.
• Maintain documentation and training materials, including runbooks, change logs, and user guides; deliver clear release notes and user enablement to boost adoption.
• Collaborate across teams, gather feedback and insights, align work with team priorities, and coordinate with developers and data/integration teams.
What you’ll need to succeed:
• 2–5 years of Salesforce administration experience with strong hands-on configuration in Sales Cloud; exposure to Service or Experience Cloud is a plus. Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and collaborate well with internal stakeholders.
• Strong platform knowledge including user and access management, sharing and security models, Flow automation, validation rules, and approval processes.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ or similar tools, including product and rule updates, quote template adjustments, and approvals, with a willingness to deepen expertise.
• Experience with data management, including imports/exports, deduplication, data quality metrics, and basic data governance.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices such as Sandbox management, change control, and release preparation; experience with Git or Copado is a plus.
• Certifications preferred: Salesforce Administrator strongly preferred; Advanced Administrator or CPQ Specialist is beneficial.
